We’re in a closeout/final-collection period and want your experience to be smooth. Please read carefully.
Return Window & Eligibility
- Return window: 14 days from delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached and original packaging.
- Hygiene: Bottoms/shorts/bras must be tried on over undergarments. Items with wear, odors, deodorant/makeup, or damage aren’t eligible.
- Final Sale: Products marked “Final Sale”/“Archive”/“Last Chance” are not refundable; if accepted, they are eligible for store credit only.
- Non-returnable: Gift cards, downloadable items, promotional freebies.
How to Start a Return
Email sculptedbyelise@gmail.com with:
- Order number, item(s), reason, and photos if defective/incorrect.
We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.
Refund Method
- Store credit (default for closeout): Issued as a digital credit/gift card once we receive & inspect the return.
- Original payment refunds: Only if the product page explicitly states the item is not final sale. Refunds go to the original payment method; processing times depend on your bank.
4) Return Shipping Costs
- You’re responsible for return shipping unless we shipped an incorrect or defective item.
- We recommend a trackable service; we’re not responsible for lost return packages.
5) Exchanges
- We don’t hold inventory for exchanges. Return the item per this policy; then place a new order for the size/color you want.
6) Damaged/Defective or Wrong Item
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos. If confirmed, we’ll replace (subject to stock) or issue store credit/refund and cover return shipping.
7) Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
- Check your bank/card, then contact your payment provider. If you still need help, email sculptedbyelise@gmail.com with your order number.
8) Bundles & Promotions
- For bundled/set discounts, returns may recalculate your order total. If you keep part of a bundle, we’ll deduct the value of discounts you no longer qualify for before issuing store credit/refund.
9) Final Sale Reminder
- As we wind down operations, many items are Final Sale and not eligible for refund. Where we accept a return on such items, store credit is the remedy.
10) Shipping Issues After Dispatch
- Once handed to the carrier, delivery is outside our control. For missing/late packages, start with the carrier’s claim process; we’ll help where we can.
